Hello fellow graduate students,

Welcome to the Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN)!

I am Abul Hossain, and apart from being a Ph.D. student in Biochemistry (Food Science), I am also so honored to serve you as your Executive Director of External Affairs at the Graduate Students’ Union (GSU), MUN.

In my current tenure at the GSU, my primary goal will be to make your voice heard. As a director of your External Affairs, I will ensure you get the right resources in academic and facility divisions. I will always be on your side to advocate your rights and make a comfortable environment at MUN for ALL the graduate students. I am looking forward to seeing you at different GSU events and workshops. I always welcome your suggestions and ideas for improving GSU continuously. I know the situation is different now, so if you are facing any difficulties during this pandemic, please reach out to your executives anytime.
